Ravens at Patriots – 3:30 PM ET – CBS

The AFC championship game will feature the New England Patriots and the Baltimore Ravens. The big story is the Patriots offense vs. the Ravens defense. Whoever shuts the other one down more effectively will win. The last time the Patriots played Baltimore in the playoffs was in New England in 2009 and it was a blowout win for the Ravens. This time, the Patriots will be more prepared and will win by two touchdowns. My Prediction: Patriots 38 Ravens 24

Giants at 49ers – 6:30 PM ET – FOX

The NFC title game will be held in Candlestick Park, in San Francisco, California. It will feature the San Francisco 49ers and the New York “Football” Giants. The 49ers have one of the best defenses in the NFL and have a good mix of run and pass. The Giants have a great quarterback and great receivers. However, their defense can be shaky at times. This game will be very close and will come down to a final possession. The 49ers defense, along with their home-field advantage will push them to victory on a last minute touchdown. My Prediction: 49ers 27 Giants 23
